In this video tutorial we are going to tell you how to fit a us fin to a US fin box.
So your paddle board's just arrived and you're excited to get on the water but before you can do that you need to fit the fin to a US fin box.
They're called US fins because they are a universal system and they're pretty much standard across not only the stand-up paddleboarding world but also surfing and windsurfing.
The only thing that you might find out there is slightly different in some cases, is that the pin isn't always in the tail end of the fin and nor is the hole. They're sometimes switched around, so all you need to do though in that case is just put the pin end in first whichever way that is but the whole process is exactly the same as we're going to run you through now.
