In order to resolve your issue as quickly as possible the aftersales team will require the following Information about your product:
- your order number(s)
- an image of the faulty area
- an image of the serial number (it will be around the valve / near the valve / or on the rail near the tail)
- an image of the entire paddleboard deck side up
- an image of the entire paddleboard deck side down
